The LifeBridge team is seeking individuals who enjoy a dynamic work schedule and visiting community venues such as museums, the zoo, sporting events, restaurants, and more!
LifeBridge is now hiring for a part-time Direct Support Professional to serve in both youth and adult services. This position requires a minimum of (1) shift per week that may vary from daytime, evening, and/or weekend shifts lasting 5 to 7 hours.
Responsibilities
Providing transportation in accessible agency vehicles to community outings
Ensuring personal support needs are met (mobility, communication, meal time, restroom, behavior modification)
Leading small group activities to promote community independence and social skill development
Completing pre/post outing documentation

Minimum Qualifications
Hold or be working towards a degree in Recreation, Human Services, Therapy Services, Education, or related field of study. Experience can be substituted for degree
Ability to complete physical tasks such as kneeling, squatting, bending, walking distances to provide client support
Possess a valid drivers license
Pass a standard industry background screening
Qualify under the requirements for controlled substance testing as required by MoDOT and the FTA, including a pre-employment drug test
Hold or obtain certifications in CPR and First Aid
Compensation and Benefits
Hourly wages between $17-$20
