LifeBridge Wine Club 2024
Looking for a holiday gift for this month? The answer is a December LifeBridge Wine Box.
The cost is $80 and the individual will receive a wine box this month. The box will contain:
two bottles of wine
description sheet of the wines
complimentary treat
You will have the option to pick up your wine box at the LifeBridge office or have it delivered to your home / office by LifeBridge staff and participants. Delivery is only available to St. Louis City, St. Louis County, and St. Charles County.

LifeBridge Wine Club 2025
Looking for a holiday gift that will last a whole year……..purchase a membership to the LifeBridge Wine Club.
The LifeBridge Wine Club introduces you to new wines and takes you on a magical tour of the world.
Registration is $280 and you will receive a wine box during the months of March, June, September, and December. Each wine box will contain:
two bottles of wine
description sheet of the wines
complimentary treat
You will have the option to pick up your wine box at the LifeBridge office or have it delivered to your home / office by LifeBridge staff and participants. Delivery is only available to St. Louis City, St. Louis County, and St. Charles County.
